Developing In-house Training
An initial series of interviews with
your organisation determines not only your company needs, but also the level of
customisation you need from your course. Based on these talks, AmberTec will
then make an initial proposal with regards to course content and structure. When
this is agreed by both parties, we develop both the
tailored
structure and tools
required to meet our agreed objectives, blending the fundamentals of
investigative theory with practical “hands-on” activity. This may include the
development of customised exercises, or a case study, to be used as the basis
for group work. As the courses are developed in collaboration with your company,
we invite company managers to participate in teaching the courses, or lecturing,
where this is appropriate. Courses can be run on-site at company facilities, or
we can organise off-site events at preferred venues.
